How a project runs.
Walkthrough
We come out, walk the space with you, measure everything and talk through what you want and what it should cost. No pressure and no sales pitch.
Fixed-price proposal
You get a detailed, itemized proposal with one fixed price. Tile, fixtures and cabinets carry clear allowances, so you know exactly what's included.
Permits & selections
We handle permits and inspections. You make your selections, and we have materials ordered before demo day so the job keeps moving.
Build
Our crew is on your job every day. You get a schedule up front and regular updates as each phase and inspection is completed.
Final walkthrough
We walk every inch together. Nothing is finished until you're happy with it and the permit is closed out.
How we price
You'll know what you're paying for.
Every proposal is a fixed price. Work with predictable costs is priced fully installed. For the things your taste drives, like tile, fixtures and cabinets, you get a fixed labor price plus a clear material allowance written right into the line.
