The homeowners had a full basement sitting empty. We turned it into the best space in the house: a custom L-shaped wet bar, a slat-wood fireplace wall, a new bathroom and bedroom, and a seamless epoxy floor under a blacked-out open ceiling.

You get a detailed, itemized proposal with one fixed price. Tile, fixtures and cabinets carry clear allowances, so you know exactly what's included.
Permits & selections
We handle permits and inspections. You make your selections, and we have materials ordered before demo day so the job keeps moving.
Build
Our crew is on your job every day. You get a schedule up front and regular updates as each phase and inspection is completed.
Final walkthrough
We walk every inch together. Nothing is finished until you're happy with it and the permit is closed out.

Do you pull permits?
Always. Permits are built into every proposal, and we schedule and meet every inspection. You get a copy of the final approval.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Clinton Township and work throughout Macomb County, including Macomb Township, Shelby Township, Sterling Heights, Chesterfield and St. Clair Shores. We also take on select projects in Royal Oak, Detroit and nearby communities.
Are estimates free?
Yes. Our team will come out, see the space and put together a written, itemized fixed-price proposal at no cost.
How do payments work?
Payments follow milestones written into your contract, so you're paying for progress you can see. The final payment comes after our walkthrough and the final inspection.
